Освіта, яка дозволяє знайти себе і підготуватись до професій, які ще навіть не існують
Mohyla Trivium: Liberal Arts and Sciences
The program combines humanities, socio-economic, and natural-technical sciences, developing students' ability to think broadly, work within complex systems, and responsibly build their own educational path.
This isn't "a bit of everything." This is thinking at a higher level.
A strong intellectual foundation
Several fields of knowledge in one bachelor's program. You understand the world more deeply than through a single profession.
Your own educational path

Continuous mentorship throughout your studies
You learn in direct contact with successful representatives of business, government, and the civic sector. This environment shapes the scale of your thinking and ambition.
Real interdisciplinary experience
Working in teams on real projects and challenges. This is how the thinking needed for modern professions and leadership roles is developed.
Understands that success in life is about the freedom to choose your own path
Don't want to limit yourself to a single major in higher education, and will study at the intersection of fields to understand how they work together.
Ready to go beyond the familiar
Are looking for a university that's not "just for the diploma," but a space for growth — where questions are asked, ideas are debated, phenomena are examined from many angles, and curiosity is valued.
Wants to be able to make sense of complex topics
Aren't afraid of challenges, unconventional educational formats, new ideas, and high standards for yourself, and are looking for a community that supports your self-fulfillment.
Wants to study what interests you

Is this program an educational experiment?
Liberal Arts and Sciences – is a model tested over decades, one that has long been shaping leaders in the US and Europe.
Now, for the first time in this format, it's coming to Ukraine.
Global experience, not a local experimentModern Liberal Arts and Sciences programs:● emerged in the US in the late 19th–early 20th century;● took shape as a mature educational model between 1920 and 1970;● after 2000, became a global standard and today are offered at more than 160 universities worldwide — from the US and Canada to leading universities in Europe.
Why is this important right now?The world is changing faster than professions can keep up.What was stable yesterday needs to be rethought today.
Liberal Arts and Sciences doesn't prepare you for a single profession or give you a narrow specialization. This approach to education is aimed at developing tools for thinking — the ability to work with complexity, make decisions in crisis conditions, and create new solutions where old ones no longer work.
Historically, NaUKMA was a university of broad education: it taught people to think, debate, and combine knowledge from different fields. It was this very logic of education beyond narrow specialties that shaped a generation of thinkers, reformers, and statesmen who defined the course of history: Hryhorii Skovoroda, Ivan Mazepa, and Pylyp Orlyk.
It was on this same logic that the modern National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" was revived. Since then, all educational programs at NaUKMA have been built on the principles of freedom to choose disciplines, interdisciplinarity, and critical thinking — the very same principles known worldwide as Liberal Arts Education.
Today, "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" is taking the next, logical step. It is the first in Ukraine to launch a full-fledged interdisciplinary Liberal Arts and Sciences bachelor's program — not as an experiment, but as a natural continuation of its own tradition and a global trend.
The program was created within the framework of the international EU Erasmus+ project LibArt_UA, in partnership with leading European universities. "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" acts as the national coordinator, responsible for the implementation and development of Liberal Arts and Sciences educational programs in Ukraine.
